On March 5, we will commemorate the 20th anniversary of Professor Józef Joachim Telega’s passing. Professor Telega (1943-2005) was a distinguished scientist, an esteemed leader, and a friend. His pioneering contributions led to numerous scientific publications, including influential monographs. More importantly, he was instrumental in uniting the scientific community and fostering collaboration with international research groups, specifically in utilizing modern methods of functional analysis to solve critical issues in the mechanics of solids and structures.
We invite you to join us for a special one-day, four-hour session dedicated to Professor J.J. Telega, scheduled for March 5, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (Warsaw time), at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, Polish Academy of Sciences (IPPT PAN, Warsaw, Pawińskiego 5B, Ignacy Malecki’s hall, 1st floor). Invited lecturers will share the latest research findings across various fields, including theory of structures, theory of composites, optimization methods, control theory, and more. This event offers a unique opportunity for engagement in a hybrid format, accommodating both online participation and in-person attendance. Your presence will honor Professor Telega's memory and continue the tradition of scientific collaboration that he championed.
