IPPT PAN welcomes students to join for work experience and internships!
The programmes are offered all year round.
IPPT PAN work experience gives you the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and acquire new competence in your field of professional interest. Every work experience is personalized to your needs and therefore its duration varies. All you need to do is apply directly to the head of the department that most interests you. Every department is a separate scientific unit at the IPPT PAN.

Student work experience is usually contracted between your university and the IPPT PAN. The contract details, among other information: the programme, the scope, and the duration of your work experience. The insurance is usually covered by your university, which also defines the range of your responsibilities.
IPPT PAN internships are contracted between the student and the IPPT PAN. It will be your first “real” job, which will give you tons of professional know-how, and the opportunity to establish contacts, including international ones. You will also be able work on interesting, international projects, take part in science conferences in Poland and abroad, and make use of unique testing machines and state-of-the-art devices that will be at your disposal at the IPPT PAN. Soft skills, hard skills – you will test-drive your carrier here before you take the leap.
Below you can find a preview of our classes prepared for students from the Warsaw Technical University, Faculty of Mechatronics. The group and their supervisor – dr. Marcin Michałowski, visited a couple of IPPT PAN laboratories in: the Department of Experimental Mechanics, Department of Mechanics of Materials, Department of Ultrasound, Department of Intelligent Technologies, and the Department of Theory of Continuous Media and Nanostructures.
