On December 12, 2024, according to the resolution of the Scientific Council of IPPT PAN, Jędrzej Dobrzański was awarded the degree of Doctor of Science in the field of Engineering and Technical Sciences.

On December 12, 2024, according to the resolution of the Scientific Council of IPPT PAN, Oliwia Jeznach was awarded the degree of Doctor of Science in the field of Engineering and Technical Sciences in the discipline of Biomedical Engineering.

On December 12, 2024, according to the resolution of the Scientific Council of IPPT PAN, Maciej Badora was awarded the degree of Doctor of Science in the field of Engineering and Technical Sciences in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering.

The Polish-Taiwanese collaboration has a long-standing history and continues today through the work of Dr. Hab. Eng. Marcin Krajewski from the Department of Mechanics of Materials at IPPT PAN.

Andrzej Duda, President of the Republic of Poland, appointed Paweł Paszek from IPPT PAN as a professor in the category of engineering and technical sciences in the field of biomedical engineering.

On the 18th of October 2024, the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, handed prof. Katarzyna Kowalczyk-Gajewska a nomination for full professorship.

Professor Michał Kleiber was honored with the prestigious PoloniaTech award at this year’s European Federation of Polish Scientific and Technological Societies Aboard (EFPSNT).

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Mohsen Rezaee Hajidehi from IPPT PAN has received the award for the best research article by a young scientist published in the International Journal of Solids and Structures in 2023.

On 24 October 2024, according to the resolution of the Scientific Council of IPPT PAN, Agata Kaczmarczyk was awarded the degree of Doctor of Science in the field of Engineering and Technical Sciences.
