The IPPT PAN has released translations of Prof. Jan Rychlewski's work titled "CEIIINOSSSTTUV: Mathematical Structure of Elastic Bodies", individually in Polish and English by Andrzej Ziółkowski, PhD Eng., who also provided extended commentary. These editions are part of the Applied Mechanics Library series.

On April 1st, the project titled "Porous Electrode Charging" (PoreCharge) commenced in collaboration between the Institute of the IPPT PAN and the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU).

On 29 Fabruary 2024, according to the resolution of the Scientific Council of IPPT PAN, Sandra Musiał was awarded the degree of Doctor of Science in the field of Engineering and Technical Sciences.

Dr Mateusz Kopeć from Department of Experimental Mechanics received habilitation degree in mechanical engineering. As the part of his scientific achievements, a single-thematic series of eight publications was submitted.
